Day 3 & day after blow out

Yesterday I had way over eaten my suggested intake. Today I've done really well. And I went for a brisk walk with my sister & a friend. I guess it's "just take one day at a time". Or even an hour at a time!

    Some days it is most definitely one hour at a time! You are doing just exactly the right thing by coming back here, reporting reality and keepin' on keepin' on. It's a journey!

    YEP. Life happens, we get off track now and then, and that's OKAY.
  • Day 4 of tracking everything I put into my mouth and exercising. This is by far the hardest thing I've done.

    The trick is not to let one slip up, no matter how big, derail your plans. Everyone falls, not everyone gets back up. Be one of the ones that does get back up and before you know it you're there.
