fill a baking tray with broccoli and cauliflower florets. Drizzle with a little olive oil, parmesan and garlic powder. Bake until crunchy, 20 minutes or so, then dip them in ranch dressing, or eat them plain. You can also add Asparagus.0

I make various wraps using broccoli slaw mix instead of rice. That gives it a great crunchy texture with very low calories. I can make a chicken Thai wrap for just 250 calories that way.
Mmmm sounds yummy. I'm going to have to try this.
OP - popcorn boring? You're not doing something right. Salty, sweet, savory.....so many topping choices. Make sure to use a little fat to get toppings to stick.
Fat free ranch dip - Greek yogurt and dry ranch mix. Not the premade crap with the weird aftertaste.0 -
Rice cakes- I know not everyone is a fan but I like them because they are crunchy. Aldi has these 90cal packs that are either smores or cinnamon bun flavor they are delicious
Edamame- protein and it takes a while to eat!
Instant oatmeal- do 1/2 water 1/2 egg whites for more protein and volume0
