I've been running around all day and don't feel like cooking so I had an English muffin with greek yogurt cream cheese and braunschweiger @ a little over 300 calories total. All I want is protein and will probably use my last 200 calories on some chicken later for a snack.
I have all the makings for some crispy orange tofu that I'll make tomorrow.0 -
I will be having seared scallops. Now to decide what to have with them, other than salad.
Will it be pasta? Will it be potatoes? Not sure....yet.0 -

hot white rice, with Vietnamese lemongrass chicken and side of sauteed garlic bok choi.
