I'd start with a good, full-body strength program (NROL, Stronglifts, etc). Then finish up with a couple of sets of the ab wheel or a selectorized ab machine.
Of course, ab exercises don't target ab fat, which comes off from a general calorie deficit.0 -
V ups, windshield wipers (some call these grandfather clocks?), bicycle crunches, plank jacks, jackknife crunches.. Just a few off the top of my head that will get you going. I find v ups and windshield wipers to be super effective (wipers hit the obliques hard).

The best isolation ab exercise you can do is hanging leg raises.
Squats, deads, OHP, and pull ups are compounds exercises that give you plenty of ab work.0 -
My top 2 are kneeling cable rope crunch and hanging leg raises.

Planks! They work your whole body amazingly well and you can never get bored because there is so many of them!
I just want to say tho getting abs starts in the kitchen. You need to lower your body fat percentage for them to show. But as far as working them I'd definetely recommend planking!0 -
I love pallif presses especially half kneeling ones0
