Im from the UK, anybody can add me too. Started on Jan 3rd, down 8kgs so far (17lbs) - on a quest to alter my body comp and drop my body fat percentage to approx 10 - 13%.0

Hi. I'm in the US and new to MFP so I'd like to make new friends. After years of my weight fluctuating 30 pounds I'm ready to make an actual life style change. I'm 45 & female so it's a lot of work but I'm making a go of it. I can use all the support I can get. Laughs are great too!0

Hi all, I'm Fi, turning 30 this month and new to MFP. Looking to lose 30-40 lbs and improve my fitness - increasing my fruit, veg & protein and decreasing processed carbs and sugar. It's not an easy battle as I've had a convenience food diet for so long but I think I'm making some good changes. Yes you click on their name, and on the next page. On the third there should be a little icon in the right hand corner, +on the middle of a head and shoulders0

Hello my name is Sarah I live in Essex and I wish to lose about 27-30 pounds. I'm in the UK too. I've lost 3 stone, so far, (low-carb, gardening and dog-walking) but really need to lose 2 more to be right, on the NHS charts.
