Slow weight loss

I have been staying within my calorie requirements to lose weight for 6 weeks but the weight loss has been extremely slow. I have also been doing daily physical activities and a running group. Anyone else having this problem?

Looking at your profile it looks like you are losing about 1lb a week that is excellent progress! I mean you haven't gained weight overnight you're not going to lose it overnight. Any loss is better than none at all.0

How close are you to your goal weight? Is your goal weight realistic for your height? Are you weighing everything you eat on a digital food scale?0

3 lbs and I am in the BMI obese category so there is plenty to lose.0

Yes that particular weigh in was on another persons scale. Now I only use the scale at the gym and only the same time of day weigh in. That's why I am extra discouraged. But I am maintaining he plan.0

No I haven't been weighing my food but I have been measuring food which is a wake up call for actual serving sizes. I do have a scale so I may add that to my regiment.0 -

You're eating more than you think. Cut out another 250 cals to lose 1lb per week.0 -
