Staying focused (Victoria, Australia)

Hi there,
I am new to MFP. Looking to lose 16.5kg this year, which is no easy feat. I lost some weight last year, but gained a 3kg back over the holiday period. I need to stay motivated and focused on my goal, which is hard at times. My problem has always been over-eating and giving in to junk food. Self-control is a real issue I need to work on.
If anyone has any motivation ideas, healthy recipes or exercise tips, I'd love to hear from you! :)

    Hey!
    16.5kg is not a big number, I have lost 10 lbs in just few weeks by exercising and diet. You don't want to eat less, just eat healthy and exercise that's it. You can see the results just in a week, and after that you will be motivated by yourself.
