My story (265 to 155)

Im am going keep it really simple, but here is the truth! I think it is important to share. I did not do anything crazy, first I just started limiting myself to a normal calorie intake for my current weight at the time, then after that got easy I just slowly and consistently kept adding and making improvements. The key is to do it gradually and realistically. Start out changing something small. Then when that gets easy add another improvement.
1 I got my portions right
2 then I started to make those portions healthy
3 then I starting to add exercise
It is a slow steady progress but if you do it you will start to see results and that will motivate you to keep going!
YOU CAN DO THIS, BUT YOU HAVE TO BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. If you don't really want it then it won't happen, but if you do start small and add as you go, and I promise you will suprise yourself!!!
