Staying focused (Victoria, Australia)

Hi there,
I am new to MFP. Looking to lose 16.5kg this year, which is no easy feat. I lost some weight last year, but gained a 3kg back over the holiday period. I need to stay motivated and focused on my goal, which is hard at times. My problem has always been over-eating and giving in to junk food. Self-control is a real issue I need to work on.
If anyone has any motivation ideas, healthy recipes or exercise tips, I'd love to hear from you! :)
