What's the first thing you do in the morning?

hello people!
The first thing I do after the bloody alarm goes off is to check MFP along with Facebook! Then it's all systems go for another long... Day... At... Work...
So come on, I don't think I'm alone in my morning ritual of mfp and Facebook.. So come on .. Do tell ..
Oh and feel free to add me as a friend! Everybody is welcome

Look out of truck window to remind myself of where I am parked up, kettle on, laptop on, MFP, then facebook, then coffee and breakfast!!0

I pee. Or, if the dogs woke me up, I take them out to pee first, then I pee.
Either way, there's pee.

I too confess I stick the kettle on, check mfp and fb then make a brew....enjoy the silence before the chaos commences on the school run0

Put my glasses on. The advantages of starting the day in soft focus are outweighed by the benefits of not walking into stuff.0

I can cope with the school run just about.....it's the 90minutes prior to that...a teenage son to get outta bed,and motivated and push him out the door for school, and a three year old who refuses to let you do anything even though her doing it takes ten times longer causing you too be super late and stressed!!!!:)0

Drag myself out of bed, flick jug on, check fb via my mobile, get children breakfast then mine0

A cup of coffee, and MFP is now my homepage when I turn on the computer, so MFP and FB and emails... then either off to work or a wun and then work, depending on my schedule.0

Pee, robe up, downstairs for coffee, computer for: email, fb, mfp, & blog; bathroom break, weigh myself, dress for workout, head to the gym, then home to shower and start the day. In that order.0

Pee, get my coffee, check MFP, facebook and gmail while listening to my husband ask why I'm always on the computer.....then get ready for training, tennis or Zumba depending on the day (in the summer) or go to work when school is in session.0

Snooze for 15 mins, read facebook / news / mfp on my iphone, computer on, pee, weigh, record weight & Body Fat in my spreadsheet, dress, check everything is in my bag for my after-work workout, eat breakfast & prepare lunch for the day, brush teeth and wash face, then head off to work -.-0

5.15 am - Alarm off, dog out for a wee, then off to my "Goal Power Training for Girls" for a session of either boxing, upper body cardio or glutes - fantastic start to the day - wouldn't miss it - rain, hail or shine ! Started going three months ago and it has been the best thing to meet great women who love to exercise and have fun at the same time.0

Oh absolutely put my glasses on, before I even sit up....I need some kind of clarity in my day, if only from my glasses0
