    Hi. In the past 3 days I have walked 9 miles. It's a huge deal!! I'm lazy, but don't want to be! We can do this!!

    Aye, Aye, I just plug myself into my Ipod and away I go. It has about 6 hours of music loaded on it.

    Gloomy out there, foggy rainy. We had ice and snow yesterday and then rain came and washed it away. Now a fog is developing. It started misting on me during my walk. I came home soaking wet.
