I'm 25
Trying to get tone and be able to see my abs
Slim waist and a big round tight butt is in my future I kind of let myself go and gained about 15 pounds within 6 months I feel down on myself a lot I can't fit into clothes that used to be lose on me ! Pageant season is coming I'm trying to stay motivated eat right and SWEAT!!!!

Well I would try intermittent fasting before killing yourself night and day at the gym... if you can stick with that for a week, 2 weeks. Then you will notice the gym is alot more helpful then you realized before. And the results you will see in a short amount of time will make u wanna Hitt it harder and harder0
