I see you are 59 years of age.
Please tell your doctor about this diet.
Some doctors believe that very high amounts of saturated fat can be bad for heart health.
Many doctors will recommend a more plant based diet with lots of fruit and veggies for their older patients.

Hubby's doctor put him on low carb/low sugar diet. Every morning he has coffee with half and half. If he has time, he eats a big kale and cucumber salad. For lunch he brings to work precut veggies from the grocery store with creamy (full fat) salad dressing. In the evening he might have 1/2 of a rotisserie chicken, 1/2 of a medium sized baked butternut squash and raw or cooked veggies with coffee and half and half. Sometimes he eats nuts for snacks. He is allowing himself two or three fruits a day.

There are still some old-school doctors believing in the saturated fat myth that helped create the obesity epidemic, but more doctors are being educated to the new science now, and saturated fats were never the problem, it was Carbs all along! Keeping carbs under 100 grams/day is your best bet. ;)
