Am I doing enough?

I see the majority of people on MFP are dedicated to exercising which is great! But because I'm in full time education I don't really have the opportunity to make time for a special gym session plus I don't have enough in my budget for a gym membership. However I do spend 30-40 minutes walking home everyday and then use our stationary bike for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. I find this suits me because I can also spend time in the evening doing my work and relaxing from a stressful college day. Do you think this is enough for a healthy lifestyle? I think it is, but just wanted to hear some opinions

Sounds like a good amount of exercise. Eating healthy food is the other part of the equation (and drinking enough water) so if you have this covered you should be fine.0
