    Hi, I'm Tomas, and I'm from Yorkshire (well... actually I'm from Denmark, but I live in Yorkshire now). I'm a keen long distance runner who "fell off the waggon" after my first Marathon in October last year - stopped running but kept eating. So I'm 20 lbs up in 3 months. Looking to get rid of them (and a bit more) and to rekindle my love for the great outdoors. I love good food and love cooking it (yeah, I know, not necessarily good qualities when it comes to losing weight). Happy to be friends with any likeminded folks.
