I have just discovered the chocolatey fudgey goodness of a "QuestBar" in double chocolate chunk flavor. 20 g of protein 16 g fibre and 1 gram of sugar. Hallelujah!

I love, love, love Quest bars. My favourites are cookies n cream, cookie dough and double chocolate chunk.
They taste even better microwaved for 10 seconds.0 -

They differ, I think. But most are around 220 calories.0 -
I like the cashew/coconut one and the one that tastes like oreos best.0

I just tried the chocolate mint one. So yummy!

I just tried the "new, new" chocolate peanut butter. 15 seconds in the microwave. I would seriously opt for that again over a regular brownie or cookie. Yummy.0

I eat the s'mores ones every day, they are 180 cals. I also like the banana nut muffin and the PB&J flavor.0

I tried a S'mores bar not long ago. I thought it was awful. It's probably the sucralose I objected too as I hate artificial sweeteners but am ok with stevia in products like some Celestial Seasonings teas.

Yeah, I used to eat Quest bars often and a few of the flavors are pretty good. Be careful about the calorie count, though. Most of them say they are 180 to 200 calories, but I weighed mine before I ate them. There is such a variance in weights from the 60 grams they should be that most of my bars were actually 200 to 230 calories and that doesn't even factor in the rounding done on nutrition labels. It's not a big deal if you have a lot more calories to play with, but for people with smaller calorie allowances it's something to consider.0
