I've hit the 50 pound weight loss mark, and I'm feeling GREAT!! Started on June 22 at 206, and I was 156 this morning. This is the first time I've really compared my before and afters, and I have to say that 50 pounds is quite noticeable on a 5'2" frame! I've got some more to lose, but today I just wanted to celebrate what I've achieved and share my success with you guys!!

i am 5'2" (maybe not even), continued luck in losing and even more important--in maintaining. It's easier to lose than to keep it off, .....like "forever".
Find a little trick, anything that works for you, to keep yourself from gaining it back.
You look wonderful, really AWESOME0 -

Thanks! Honestly, my plan for maintenance is just not to go so low that it's a struggle. I've calculated mt TDEE at 135 lbs (which is my GW and would put me just inside the normal BMI range), and it's almost 1700 calories. I've been averaging about 1650/day total calories, and about 1250/day net, with no trouble at all. I can fit a lot of food into 1700 calories0
