i am 5'2" (maybe not even), continued luck in losing and even more important--in maintaining. It's easier to lose than to keep it off, .....like "forever".
Find a little trick, anything that works for you, to keep yourself from gaining it back.
You look wonderful, really AWESOME ;):)B)

Thanks! Honestly, my plan for maintenance is just not to go so low that it's a struggle. I've calculated mt TDEE at 135 lbs (which is my GW and would put me just inside the normal BMI range), and it's almost 1700 calories. I've been averaging about 1650/day total calories, and about 1250/day net, with no trouble at all. I can fit a lot of food into 1700 calories :)

Wow, just WOW! I'm a smidge under 5'3" and working to lose 30kgs-ish (around 66lbs)... so far I've lost 6.4kgs (14lbs), but definitely on my way (currently 84.4kg/186lbs). As of right now, I have to say you are totally my inspriation that I can do this!!!! Thanks for sharing and inspiring me :-)

Thanks!! That's a great start! You CAN do this!! Hey, take a look at my food diary. I eat "junk" all the time, so there's proof that weight loss doesn't have to be that hard.
