Daily little treat?

I hope I am not the only one who does this but I have either a little food/drink treat each day (No, not a treat meal or a tube of pringles). I don't like drinking tea or coffee so I have a hot chocolate made with just water.
Do you guys have a little treat each day and if so what is it or am I just crazy?

I have two cookies for dessert every day.0

I do most days yes. Typically 100-200 calories worth (but my goal is 1900).0

I have a hot chocolate made with water every day too - in fact I am currently drinking my options mint hot chocolate as I type0

Every meal can be a treat, if you make it that way! I love using fruit and sweet vegetables in my cooking, although sometimes savory stuff can be delicious too! I incorporate many things into my meals that I love. Seriously, take a look at my food diary, you might get some ideas.0

It you plan for a treat its not a cheat.0

Girl Scout Think Mints. 4 cookies 160 calories, budgeted into my day0

Ive had 41g salt and pepper popchips and a Mars Bar ice cream and it's not quite 3pm
That's under 300 calories
I've room for more, should I want
It's about calorie control0 -
If wine with dinner counts, then I have a treat everyday. If not, then I do not have treats every day, but I do have them when I want them.0

I have a very flexible diet so if I want something I'll work it in.0

I had hot chocolate last night, and ice cream. And a piece of Dove chocolate. That's a normal evening for me, different things but whatever I'm in the mood for that fits in my day.0

I eat dark chocolate every day!0

As of late, I'm really addicted to Larabars. They're really, really simple. Like 2-6 whole-food ingredients simple. But oh so freakin' good. Something about having food smashed into a bar is so delish.
My favorite is the Cashew Cookie which is only dates & chasews lol.
Not sure if this is a treat really....0 -
Usually ice cream, a bit of chocolate, a beer, a bag of crisps - I usually work one in each day. I'm quite free and easy about what I eat though, so I regularly have burgers, pizza, pasta, big sandwiches, cooked breakfasts etc. that other people might not consider 'healthy eating'. As long as I'm eating a good variety, enough protein, and plenty of fruit and veg it doesn't bother me much where my fuel comes from (if it tastes good and is filling).0

Currently, I'm on a hot cocoa fix! It's very cold here and the warmth and the chocolate curbs any cravings for a high cal treat such as brownies, or cake, or cookies0

Coconut cream pie and carrot cake are my top two faves. They are treats, if you think of them that way.0 -
I recently found dark chocolate flavoured chai tea. A cup in the evening with a couple cookies has been my go to treat for last few days.0

I should not have posted that.... I am just simply a stupid person for saying that...0 -
I sometimes eat chocolate minis0

Fudge pop 40 calories, Skinny cow ice cream sandwiches 150 cal, sugar free popsicles -Those are usually my end of night treats0

MMM... 130 calories... Caribou Coffee Northern Lite Latte (Vanilla)0

Yep. Though I try to work it in so it's more like a meal when I can. I like Kodiak Cakes (protein pancakes) for example, so I'll have one of those with some chocolate chips or peanut butter as breakfast or dessert.
Otherwise, I'll have some bits of chocolate, or cookie, or ice cream, or similar. Lately it's been taking over more calories than it should, but I'm managing to hit macros one way or the other. Soon enough I'll get tired of making not-as-nice-tasting dinner substitutions to fit in the lunch treat I didn't really need.0 -

Everyday.
A piece of dark chocolate.0 -
ahem, yes, chocolate....also I like a dish of frozen blueberries as a evening snack too. And I am guilty of going over at times. After all "I" am human.0

not that little but, 24oz of either honeydew or watermelon bubble tea has become my daily treat in the last few weeks. it eats up 190 of my daily calories and i end up going over my calories more often these days because of it but, it keeps me happy so i don't care (as long as my weight stays within 3lbs that is).0

I guess I'm weird cause I thought having a oreos would be great last night, but found it to be gross . all it did was ruin my evening snack.
