How often should i weigh myself?

I'm thinking weekly like i have done all my life when attempting to lose weight, but would daily be alright? Or even fortnightly?

    I think weekly.or.fortnightly is best daily can be disheartening and weight can fluctuate

    Once a week or every other week. Take pictures and measurements as well. The scale is a number that frequently fluctuates for more than just fat loss/gain (i.e. water retention, time of day, bowel movements, etc).

    If seeing the frequent ups and downs doesn't bother you, daily is fine.

    I like to weigh myself every 2 weeks.. I like to see a large number of weight lost!!
