Hi, I am just getting started. I just discovered this app on Wed but I started my weight loss journey on 2/01. So far I've lost 8 pounds. I have stopped drinking all soft drinks and consuming more water. As far as my diet I'm eating healthier. No fast food! I am determined to get healthier! :)

    Dont give up everything, it doesnt work long term cut down on tea, coffee etc.. Reduce portions, log everthing, im male 5'8" and im on 1500 calories and im losing 1kg every two/3 weeks, no exercise except my job keeps me moving, good luck

    Thank you nickgsb1! I actually just had a glass of sweet tea, it's the first I've had since the 1st. Doing without it though, I've not felt deprived. Same goes for sweets.

    sweet tea!!!! oh baby jesus!!!! haha.. lower calories but dont deprive.. maybe one sweet a week (modest portion), sounds like you are doing well thus far.
