any tips/excerises on getting rid of stubborn hip fat?

I'm unsure of what excerises target this area? Like cardiovascular / aerobic / weight training etc. Thanks!

I have always had "saddlebag" hips, even when I was younger/thinner, and no amount of going to the gym or taking fitness classes had helped. I'd lose weight, but that pear shape remained. Nothing worked, that is, until now. I stopped going to the gym and started running. Things really started changing when I got up to 4-5 miles per run. It's taken some time, but I'm finally losing my hip/upper-outer thigh fat. Good luck!0

Absolutely nothing but continuing a calorie deficit. You cannot spot reduce. It will come off when it decides to.0
