Hi everyone! I am looking for more friends with similar goals as me who have open diaries so we can share ideas. My goal is 1200 but usually ends up being 1300-1400 after exercise. Looking to lose about 10 lbs. Add me if you're interested

22 years old, I usually have around 1000-1200 cals a day so not always the healthiest person to follow but always here for support. I've lost 10lbs so far x

I keep my diary open for those who want to see a nutritious, ~1500 calories a day diet. In the past 2 weeks I've gone from 135lbs to 129lbs. I don't eat grains, oats, starch(potatoes, corn, ect), limit my fruit(currently doing low sugar), limit beans and rarely have any dairy(sometimes it's a recipe ingredient). I create recipes on here if you are looking for high fat, high protein, and low carb meals. I also have no cheat days0
