Totally doable. I lost 10 pounds in the last 19 days by sticking to 1,200 calories a day (most of that coming from protein & fat, keep it low carb...no more than 100g of carbs a day feels about right for me). FYI, I am 5'3 and started at 177.5 on 2/1, weighed 167.5 yesterday 2/18.
Even if you don't work out, you should lose the weight by keeping your calories at this level. I think weight loss is 95% diet, and 5% exercise, so my advice for the next two weeks is focus on your diet. Make sure you weigh everything to make sure calories are accurate. Good luck!0 -

Brianpperkins Okay - ur outing my 'not so great math skills!' Thank you for the time you've spent crunching my digits. Well I will be happy with any loss! Short term I would like to see how 1 week goes. I'm also gonna try to watch my vitamins and nutrients... I've never before made sure I'm getn enough of what my body needs. Sounds like I should look at a BMR calculator so I do t hurt myself. Thank u.0
