    because a lot of my friends and family members don't use the app and don't practice this whole better eating thing. So I like having support from people who have the same overall goal: health. I have immersed myself in this lifestyle and I like being able to read about successes to help retrain my brain to be positive and be successful. And then helping others be successful too!
