Buy smaller underwear!!!

So embarrassing.....

I have been going to the gym religiously....and I noticed that I started to chafe in the weirdest place...this spot right under one of my butt cheeks! I finally discovered that my ginch was essentially too loose, and was rubbing between my skin and my pants. So I sucked it up, bought smaller undies, and I haven't had the problem since :)

    And bras.
I was out for my morning walk/jog and got about two miles out and realized that my boobs were falling through the bottom of my now too-loose bra. Good thing it was stormy and there was no one else out there today!

Haha, yes, that's happened to me! With a brand new bra! (I can never get the hang of buying bras.)

Now only using that bra for my walks instead.

    The struggles are real. :pensive:
I have run into this problem myself lately. What really irks me is that on bras I am between sizes so the old one is too big to give proper support and the new one squashes the girls so flat and so snug it is a little uncomfortable. Bras are expensive so I'm just sucking it up and dealing. It should not be long before the new bra fit is comfortable.... for a time.
