I am onto water.....lots of it. That and not eating past 5:30 pm. I decided I do better if I cut the food off before 6 and just stick to water or tea.

I am having a 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 25 blueberries on top this morning for breakfast. Along with 3 poached egg whites and 1 cup of black coffee, and a tsp of creamer. I know, I know.....the creamer! It's like a little treat all in one tsp. Yep! It is.0

I stuck with the planned breakfast and then added some sliced almonds on top of my oatmeal. That's just good food!
On to some coffee and other good stuff. Gonna clear 10K steps today. The past few days have been kinda slow, cuz...TIRED!
