Homous lovers snack (under 100cals)
I LOVE homous, but unfortunately having too much is too many calories for me! I used this idea for a breakfast but it would make a prefect snack too!
I used
1cup mushrooms (44cal)
3garlic cloves (13cal)
1tbs homous (35cal)
Crush and cut the garlic, cut the mushrooms, Fry the garlic and mushrooms in a plain pan (use oil if you must but I don't think it needs it) add one tablespoon of homous when mushrooms are browned stir in and serve immediately
