Is it better to weigh in on Friday morning (to have a reduced guilt weekend) or on Monday morning (to force the discipline)?

But if not well... then it sucks.0 -

I do Sundays. So i know what i need to change for the fresh new week0

Daily. So you get the advantages of both.2

Thanks for all your suggestions! Sounds like more of an individual preference. I will play around with these ideas and see which works best for me. Cheers!0

Mondays here, keeps me on track through the weekend. Monday night though... Watch out!0

Sounds like Mondays is the most common so far. Thanks!0

Imo having a cheat in Monday night is better than screwing off all weekend...0

Makes sense, alypri. A weekend cheat has a greater potential to get out of hand.0

I wait a week or do and randomly pick a day. No set day. I don't want it to be a day of stress.1

Every day, and track on a trending app2

It used to be on a Sunday, but, now that I'm close to my target, I check at random!0

Doesn't really matter. The more important thing is to be consistent, so you're comparing the same thing each time.0 -
I do mine either Friday night or Saturday morning, but really any day or time is fine, just be consistent, imo0

To keep my tracking consistent weighing in first thing Friday morning works well for me.
I usually eat pizza on Friday evenings and some treats in moderation over the weekend so I gain a couple of pounds of water over the weekend.
During the week I stay on plan and lose that extra water weight.
This plan has worked great while I was losing weight and during all 4+ years of maintenance.

Daily, not focusing on the daily number but the trend.1
