Hi, looking for pals who can help me and keep me encouraged. My goal is to loose 55lbs. My struggle is food!!!! Trying to track and log has been a challenge as well. Any and all help advice needed. Thanks!

Welcome to MFP! My only advice is to be as accurate and honest with yourself as you can (so record everything you eat or drink, and be as honest in your diary as you can). It can be a struggle, but you can do it! I lost more than 70 pounds, and I attribute that success to having been honest with myself in my food logs. :flowerforyou:0
