stay at home mom of 5 month old looking for friends for motivation

I have about 50 pounds to lose would love to have mfp friends so we can motivate each other! I just started a week ago and would like to stay on top of this. my weight now is 169 and goal weight is 120 height 5"4. Feel free to add me. I'm doing Atkins 40 and exercising with DVD's I like body barre, yoga, and then walking so far:)

    Hi ill add you. I have been doing the 21 day fix program. I lost 17 lbs my 1st round now I'm going for round 2. Stay focused n you can do this.
