What are reasonable goals to set?

Do you set a few goals at once or do you work on one goal at a time?

I think that if I had a timeline, it would really help me out.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Edit: An example of the goals I have set for myself are -

Starting weight on April 1st : 235

1st goal: 215lbs (down 20) by June 25th
2nd goal: 200lbs (down 35) by Oct 1st
3rd goal: 185lbs (down 50) by Dec 31st

I set 1 short term weight loss goal, but set other goals by priority. Some people are motivated by weight loss only, however i set my goals by priority. If your priority is to lose weight, then maybe small weight loss goals is the correct approach for you. I have this info set up on my profile:
