I guess this is more for the ladies but I'm curious about what guys have to say too.
What do you do about the friend requests you get from the guys with one shirtless picture, no profile info filled out and only pretty female friends? I usually decline them but is that rude? I mean, it's pretty obviously what those dudes are here for... right?

Some of the most supportive people I've met on here meet that description. others are exactly what you're expecting. I'll typically give just about anyone a couple of weeks to see if or how they interact. If it doesn't work out then I can unfriend. I think a lot of people are more discriminating than I, though.0

I used to accept everyone, big mistake. If I've never seen them before on the forums or on another friends feed and they make zero effort to at least introduce themselves, then I decline. The other thing is if I do accept I'll reach out and introduce myself. If they still make zero effort to acknowledge then I I'll delete them.0

Most of the females who send me a FR only have single pic of their faces. I mean, what am I supposed to do with that? This is a fitness sight, not glamour shots. Let's see some abs, glutes, mams, etc.

If men and women can't show of their gains and physique on this website, where can they? Friends on FB will basically hate you for that. (As was my case.)

This. When I first started out and didn't have many friends, I accepted everyone. Now I have more friends than I need. So I only add people if I've interacted with them, if it's clear we have something in common, or if they leave a compelling message.0 -

I will rarely decline a friend request, but if the person never talks to me or at least post on their own wall, then I'll delete them. I want actual friends that are supportive in someway, I don't just want to be part of someone's giant collection.0
