At home cardio

Ok guys. I need cardio ideas outside of running. I've been running 2 miles 5 days a week for the past month. I enjoy running those two miles. But anything beyond that becomes a chore. Not physically, mentally. I get bored which causes me to not try as hard and my form/posture falls apart and it just isn't enjoyable. Now when the weather warms up and I can hit the trails again, that is a whole new story. I adore trail running.

So I'm looking for new ways to get my cardio in at home, I don't belong to a gym for cycling or swimming or any of that. I've been doing jumping jacks and burpees. I also have a jump rope that I'm going to pull out. Any other ideas?

Definitely kettle bell swings along with jumping jacks, high knees, butt kicks, mountain climbers (even though I hate them with a passion).

Get a phone app and set up a program. I use Seconds Pro. After 30 minutes of the above, you are dead.

High knees, lunges, wall sits, pushups, speed squats, jumps squats, mountain climbers, plank, side jumps, split jumps. A few I do for my morning HIIT.

just started Daily Burn, i looked into Beachbody On Demand, but chose Daily Burn because they offer a new workout every day, along with the different programs they offer. They also have a survey you can take which recommends a program for you to start your trial with. They recommended Cardio Sculpt for me, and i LOVE IT!
