What if my calories are up and down?

I have a question.
What if my deficit is 2300 but somedays I end my days with 2250 and some days it's 2100.

What happens then? Would I lose extra weight that particular week or this little of a difference is negligible?

Your metabolism doesn't work on some kind of 24 hour clock that resets at midnight...it's a continuum...your weight management is going to be a bi-product of your energy position over time.

3500 is a pound so 50-200 a day is relatively small in a week, there is probably error in measurements and exercise expenditure. I wouldn't worry about it, as long as you are under and not so hungry you want to give up it should all come out in the wash so to speak. You theoretically should lose the extra weight in that week.

OK that's what I was wondering.

Sometimes the vegetables are such little in calories so I have to consume so much volume to get near my daily goal but I sometimes still end up under. For example I prepared spinach with tofu today and had to consume nearly 300 grams to get to my calories level and I wasn't even hungry after eating half of it. Still ate it all lol
