This Insta pic made me lol cuz I'm so glad that I'm not alone on this!
That's a nice photo. Now, imagine it as poetry in motion. You just can't ignore that. No matter how focused you are on your own fitness. We respect the effort.

Well of course. Pretty and in shape and who can pump it always cause a distraction. Hey I'm a man I'm not dead.0

Well personally I'd rather have a woman spot me, then to be tea-bagged by some dude, while I'm trying to throw up some weight. But that's just me.0

lmao i'm really shy so i get worried that i look stupid in front of them so distracted and intimidated i guess :00

Never had an issue. Most of my spotters have been men.0

People watching at the gym (anything pretty, sparkly, unusual) helps make the time go by more pleasantly when doing boring cardio. Weights I am usually too busy trying to breathe/keep good form/not die to pay any attention.0

I don't think it's a distraction. I prefer to workout alone. The gym is my time and my time is rare. Typically only notice people when they hog the mirror space or stalk you at the squat rack until you're through.0

Ain't gonna lie...easily distractable over here lolz0

Only if they're being rude or doing something truly impressive. But I could say the same about the other females in the gym as well.0

Bulging forearm veins are kind of my thing, sooo... I work out at home :-|0

Men are only a distraction when they want to interrupt me to find out if I'm single. I'm not...go away.0

@Non_Stop definitely not. especially when it's obvious I'm watching my form.0
-
I enjoy distraction at the gym.
The distraction might be the real reason I go to the gym SOOOOOooooooo, let's just all keep pretending I'm watching your form....0 -

My man is a semi professional athlete and he's in the gym training for hours. I go with him sometimes and I'm not gonna lie I get distracted easily. Its nothing wrong with having a little eye candy to look at while you doing your thing. It just makes you wanna go harder.0
-
I'm a semi professional athlete too. I usually just go semi-hard..0

I put my earphones in and don't make eye contact because I'm there to work my butt off. I mean on. And the only distractions happen is when people chit chat in front of the equipment you want to use grr lol0
-
lol come on we are all semi professional athletes0
-
@Non_Stop nope, I'm saying I'm learning and need it more than you... more importantly... I was there first.. neener neeener and foot stomp.0

So, it was okay to start with but then I realised my friend had some mad crush for me. He started getting distracted so now we go alone, we're still friends. But at the end of the day some men just can't handle it. However it's the same with some women; they get all hot and flustered about some ripped guy.

Only when the guy is grunting way more loudly than necessary.0
