Returning

I have been out of the loop a while I am returning and I have lost 10lbs since January 1, 2016. I returned because tracking what I eat has helped a lot and I realized I have been eating a lot of calories. I hope to get encouragement from others and I hope I can encourage others as well. By the way I am Candice I have no set goal weight just to lose it and be healthy.

    Welcome back Mrs P!

    I found it useful to put my stats (age, height, current weight) into a healthy weight calculator just to see a weight range to maintain. That helped me set reasonable calorie goals here in MFP.
