Vitamins/Supplements???

Just curious if anyone has any recommendations/"must haves" to help this process along?? :happy:

    I also take a multi-vitamin because some days I don't get enough veggies (traveling)

    I take a one a day multi vitamin because I can never seem to get enough of everything so id rather just be over. Vitamin D I am not too worried about since I am in the sun a lot. But omegas are good to add as they are great for you and provide brain power! Sometimes when I am sluggish I add extra B complex/B12 for energy and alertness.

    I take all sorts of vitamins. I would suggest a multi-vitamin & Fish oil. Fish oil actually helps reduce insulin level which prevents from storing fat.
