Quick food scale question

I'm trying to get more accurate with my measuring and logging and I was wondering for solid foods like chicken breast if it matters whether I measure in grams or oz? My scale will measure both. I had 100g of chicken last night for dinner and for the calories it seemed too good to be true

I think grams is a more accurate measurement so that's what I always use, instead of ounces.

If it is pre-cooked (i.e. off of a rotisserie chicken) is it okay that I log it as grams of rotisserie chicken? I pulled the skin off and am only using the white breast meat but am always open to suggestions for a more accurate calorie count!
