Hello. I'm joining the community in hopes of getting/giving support living a healthier lifestyle and shed some weight. Day one of many to come!

    I'm also trying to shed a lot of weight. Hoping to drop to at least 200 in time for my graduation in a couple years. Good luck on your journey!

    start slow and stay on course do not beat your self up. The saying " it did not come on in one day and will not come off in one day " is so true. But my best advise it DO IT FOR YOUR SELF. I lost quite a bit myself. I do not get on the scale daily or even weekly. I am true to my fitness pal ( you only are lying to your self). no one even noticed till I lost over 35 lbs. I never talk about it.
