Resistance bands in your routine?

A while back I bought resistance bands to help overcome some of my exercise hurdles. Starting with something is better than nothing, you know? Do you use resistance bands? And if so, what exercises work for you?
I have black mountain ones that are stackable and have handles.

I use them some. I do band pull a parts and rotations sometimes. I also do some stuff I picked up while doing Strong Curves with them--seated and lying hip abductions. Here are some more options:

I use mine for X walks, hip abductions. Yesterday, I wrapped one around a foot peg on my bench and did some leg work with them in addition to my lower body strength workout.0

I have a few different bands of varying resistance. I LOVE them! Depending on how tight they are i get a really good workout with them. Mostly i use them for upper body but also for stretching. Dont under esitimate those things....they can leave me just as sore as a heavy dumbell.0
