Hey there, I'm Amanda. I've never used an app to try to help me lose weight. I've also never been this big either. Once my daughter was born, my weight just spiraled out of control. Just curious if this app really does help and have you all been able to keep the weight off?

    I am basically on my third day in this app so far from all the other apps I have used and helps create conciseness of what you consume and loose I hope to see some change but its too early to say. Regardless feel free to add me I am online daily.

    If you've ever kept a food journal before this will make you conscious of what you are putting in your mouth...and you can make notes on how you were feeling that day, water intake, and exercise. Plus get support from everyone else that's struggling with weight loss as well.

    I.E. The other day I got called into work and grabbed Mc Donalds on the way in and when I logged all that I realized that was most of my calories for the day...
