Changes in your body

I've always been a big guy so I'm new to a lot of things that are happening to me. What are some changes in your body that you weren't expecting? For me it's seeing veins in my arms and hands that are just amazing. It's ridiculous, I know. Sometimes I'll catch myself just staring at my hands like a weirdo!

when I lost 90 lbs in grad school I grew about 2 inches on both heads. When I saw the veins in my oblique's and the front of my hips/lower abs is when stuff really started getting cool looking to me.
And then there were the veins on my quads just above the knees.
Veins are cool...0 -
Collar bones. I've never been able to really see them before.. so when they first started showing.. I was so enamored.0

How cool is that? I was just thinking today, my appetite has really increased which seems to counter losing weight. The thing is that before, I think I craved sweets and "comfort" food. Now when I haven't eaten in a while, my body tells me right away! Usually I'm craving good foods. Fruits and protein. I also think that food is starting to taste better, but I'm not sure if that's really happening or if I'm just excited. Last week, after working out, I had a banana with peanut butter and I was floored. I couldn't believe how good it tasted!0 -
I'm bumping this because in the last few weeks I've noticed something pretty crazy. It's kinda funny, kinda gross, and not something i really wanna share with my colleagues. I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this?
My flab is flabbier! Seriously, it's like my fat just went from firm to... Loosish jello. I guess that's the best way to describe it. I'll be laying on my side feeling my ribs under my elbow (also new) and when I look down my side you can see the hollow under my ribs and then my belly pouring out. In the mirror I'm looking looser as well. Although I've always been overweight, I've never really had man-boobs before. Now, with thirty lbs lost, I've got some decent ones.
It's disturbing and funny at the same time. I'm assuming it's part of the weightloss process still, it's unexpected. Has anyone ever gone through something like this? Is it just me? Is there any cool articles I can read on this? Ha-ha thanks everyone!0 -
Crossing my legs! Like really putting one over the other so it's hanging down and maybe the hanging foot touches the other leg!0
