    Strategy: clean eating (40% or less carbs, 25%+ protein 25%+ fats), no alcohol, bootcamp 2-3 times per week, jogging 2 times per week, bike to work when possible)

    Hey all! Sorry, I know I'm joining late :#

    I'm trying to gain muscle (to boost my metabolism, which means I get to eat more food, and to avoid being "skinny fat") so I'm currently trying to gain muscle and lose fat. I'm not entirely sure what that means for my goal weight, but I think 115 sounds like a good number!
