    235 so far! Did 80 @ work and the rest within HIT. Going to get some more in tonight at next job :) PUSH PEOPLE!!!

    So glad you posted this mini-challenge! Really helped me get moving. I did 200 crunches alternating between sides and & forward on my medicine ball. I also did bridge lifts and side plank lifts (if that makes sense) then I focused on upper body, some with weights some w/o.

    4 sets of 25 bicycle crunches
    4 sets of 25 crunches
    25 torso twist w/5lb weights
    25 reverse crunches
  • 200! 100 regular, 50 bicycle, 50 doubles

    Aw, I saw the thread after midnight. Oh well. I just did a couple crunches and three reps of 30 seconds of bicycle to make up the difference. :P
    First bit of physical activity past walking/jogging in a long time.. I'm not lazy, just out of shape.
    And out of breath. Man, that's bad!

  • Wasn't able to get them in yesterday but did hit the gym yesterday. This evening however I did 225 crunches! Good for me... Feeling good about it too.

    I'm in! Just started doing crunches this morning. Did 50 regular upper crunches and 50 reverse crunches. Will add more later...
