Eating calories not eaten from the day before?

Hey everyone,

So yesterday I fell asleep before eating dinner so I was under by ~600 calories. Today all day I've been having major cravings. Should I eat over my calories today to make up the 600 I was under yesterday in an attempt to help curb the cravings? I'm very focused on losing slowly and I'd still be at the deficit at the end of the week.

    I do a weekly deficit just for this reason, and because I prefer to bank for the weekends.

    Sometimes I do. Maybe not all of it. Or you can spread it out over a couple days. Or not eat it back at all.

    I've lost and maintained consistently doing that. it's what works best for me.
