Question for those who weigh in daily
Replies

I weigh myself daily, and log when I remember (I know I am more likely to log a new low)0

I weigh and log daily, can see the trends up and down0

I love every significant change and weigh daily. Sigificant as in "I lost weight, or gained weight, both in the morning and in the evening".
This helps filter out some of the noise while still giving me good metrics for both actual weight loss AND something I can compare against what I ate the past couple days prior and my current stomach contents. It gives me useful feedback for more than just "am I gaining or losing?"
But then, I'm also obsessive about numbers and metrics.0 -
I record daily in another app to see the trends and fluctuations, and weekly on MFP IF the number is lower than previous week's. It's a way to tell myself that I am not going back up ever again0
