    I do kick boxing 3 days a week, resistance bands 2 days a week. Kickboxing and bands on Saturday. Take Sundays off. It has taken me so long to understand the importance of eating healthy. But I finally get it! I really need to take a picture as of now. I feel its even better. :smiley: I just keep believing in myself and don't let other people sway how I feel.
