I love junk food

I have to admit that I eat Taco Bell, Mickey D's, Doritos and ice cream. I don't mind exercising but don't do it enough.

You can still eat those things just make sure it fits into your calorie goals! Most of the time the amount of calories turns me away from wanting to eat it though. I do eat it about once a week though0

I eat fast food frequently. I fit it into my calorie goal. Hasn't stopped me from losing weight. I've lost 79 lbs eating so called junk food. It's all about balance.0

Yes you can. It might be hard but you can do it and you are the only one that can do it for you. You can stop.0 -
You can eat what you want to lose weight as long as you eat less calories than you burn.
I didn't even begin to walk more until I had lost 90#. Exercise is, at most, only 20% of weight loss (some stats I have read put it at 80% calorie deficit, 10% exercise, 10% genetics), but it is pretty important for your overall health, so anything you can do is beneficial.

Ok so, my work bought us pizza for lunch. It ends up being 1500 calories! What exercise can I do to make up for It?0
