I'm 27, female, have a lot of weight to lose. I've been using myfitnesspal for a long time but never got into the community aspect. I have PCOS and pre-diabetes. I have failed at just cutting calories time and time again, so now I am trying to do the low carb, high fat diet, and my goal is ketosis. Anyone else here doing low carb, high fat and want to be my weight loss buddy?
My goals are:
Carbs:45 Fat:140 Protein:90

    Hi
I would love to be your weight loss buddy. I also have PCOS and a lot of weight to loose. After trying so many things over the years I have also decided to adopt a low carb plan. I am a 37 year old female. I am seeing a nutritionalist next week to determine my goals

    Welcome.

Consider joining the Low Carber Daily to find more low carbers. LCHF isn't well supported on the main bards so most of us spend our time at the LCD. There are many members dealing with IR and PCOS there.

    Good luck!

I've been doing low carb high fat for about 2 1/2 months now and find it really easy and I'm never hungry. If you haven't already discovered these two sites, check them out. Lot's of good information. Dr. Peter Attia - http://eatingacademy.com/start-here and Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt - http://www.dietdoctor.com/about. The Diet Doctor one has lots of recipes to get you started. It does have a membership option, but don't be put off by that, as there is an incredible amount of good information available that you don't have to pay for.

    Good Luck!!

@SincerelySasquatch welcome to MFP forums. After failing over 40 years on yo yo dieting I have been eating Low Carb High Fat for the last 1.5 years and my health is still improving. Check out the link in the second reply because they have been very helpful.

The links posted by @mtnwmn13 are awesome resources as well.

    Best of success.
